LinkedIn starts allowing Users to post photos
Are you part of the LinkeIn business community? If so you now can post a single photo on your linkedIn home page. This is one of the most asked for features from LinkedIn users. It is suggested that you place a head shot and not some after work party photo save those for your myspace page.
If your business is using LinkedIn during it’s recruiting process or when hiring make sure you take advantage of the function that allows users to turn off photos. By printing and having photos available during the hiring process could open your company up for a discrimination claim. Be sure to have all staff involved turn off the photo link function.
